BELLYDANCE TECHNIQUE--
Combines elements of ballet,
Middle Eastern, Indian, ancient Egyptian, and Flamenco.
This workshop will provide a strong workout, ballet barre and
present concepts that blend oriental movements with western
classical & modern techniques; all without having to
work in a turned- out position. Work on developing techniques for
turns, kicks, releve, pirouettes, & jumps, in ways that will
mesh with ethnic dance forms (includes
floorwork!).

WORKSHOP--
BELLYDANCE IS A DANCE
MADE FOR WOMEN BY WOMEN. SOFT FEMININE MOVES STRENGTHEN THE
INNER MUCSCLES OF THE PELVIS IN A WAY NO OTHER EXERCISE CAN, THUS
PREPARING THE BODY FOR CHILDBIRTH. THIS WORKSHOP EXPLORES THE
DEEP CORE MUSCLES OF THE PELVIS USING BELLYDANCE AND CONCEPTS OF
YOGA, GYROTONICS, ROLFING, AND KINESIOLOGY. (FOR THE
HEALTH OF ALL WOMEN)

WINGS--
MOVES TO EMOTE DIFFERENT MOODS
AND PASSIONS.. THE DARK SIDE, THE WILD SIDE, FLOORWORK WITH WINGS,
etc.. A WORKSHOP THAT IS DIVIDED INTO DIFFERENT SECTIONS TO
ADDRESS DIFFERENT MOODS AND STYLES WITH WINGS.

SORCERESS-- (A departure from the typical 'floaty' cabaret
use of wings, Ayshe will share stronger, aggressive movements that
can be done with wings to express more impassioned and unbridled

styles.)
